This local production investigates the controversial murder cases of two Kent, Ohio, women more than 70 years ago. Police charged Ned Kellogg, a local mill worker who had the mental age of a 7-year-old, with the murders. The documentary explores the cases and examines the place of the intellectually disabled in the eyes of the police, courts and local community at that point in history.
