We are, again, here at the Levon Helm Studios in Woodstock, New York, honored to be a part of this amazing place that Levon built himself, one of the great heroes of Americana music.
He's a legend.
His spirit and vibe in American music shines on and on.
And we're gonna actually share another Woody Guthrie song here for you guys, another Woody Guthrie Hanukkah tune.
This one is -- it's called "Hanukkah's Flame."
And he wrote the words to this, and we wrote the music.
One of the reasons why I love this holiday specifically is because it's not -- You might think, "Oh, it's like eight nights of presents," and kind of that vibe, which for many it can be, but it's also very introspective and I think points to the idea of miracles and the idea of light and the things that can happen out of darkness.
And this is a song about that, that Woody Guthrie wrote this beautiful poem and lyrics to.
It's called "Hanukkah's Flame," and we hope you enjoy it.
